By accessing or using the FuelVoucher platform — including our website at fuelvoucher.co.zw, our mobile application, and any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including individuals, businesses, and fuel station partners operating in Zimbabwe.
FuelVoucher is a digital fuel voucher platform that enables businesses and individuals in Zimbabwe to purchase, send, and redeem fuel credits at registered partner fuel stations. FuelVoucher is operated by Enqueue Technologies.
Our platform facilitates the issuance and redemption of digital fuel vouchers. We are not a fuel retailer or financial institution. We act as an intermediary between voucher purchasers and registered fuel station partners.
To use FuelVoucher, you must:
Fuel vouchers are issued digitally upon successful payment processing. Vouchers represent a pre-paid credit for fuel measured in litres at the prevailing price at the time of redemption, unless a fixed-price voucher is specified.
FuelVoucher reserves the right to cancel or withhold a voucher if we have reason to believe the purchase was made fraudulently or in breach of these terms. In such cases, a refund may be issued at our discretion in accordance with Zimbabwean consumer protection regulations.
Vouchers may only be redeemed at registered FuelVoucher partner stations. A current list of partner stations is available within the FuelVoucher app. Redemption availability may change without prior notice if a station is suspended or removed from the network.
At the point of redemption, the attendant will verify your voucher via the FuelVoucher system. You must present valid identification if requested. FuelVoucher is not liable for incorrect fuel dispensing caused by station staff error.
Registered fuel station partners agree to:
FuelVoucher reserves the right to suspend or terminate any partner station found to be in breach of these obligations.
All transactions on the FuelVoucher platform are conducted in United States Dollars (USD) or Zimbabwe Gold (ZiG) as indicated at the time of purchase. Prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable charges unless otherwise stated.
FuelVoucher is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or charges imposed by your bank or mobile money provider. Payment is processed at the time of voucher purchase. FuelVoucher does not store full payment card details on our servers.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting info@fuelvoucher.co.zw. Refunds are granted at FuelVoucher's discretion in the following circumstances:
No refund will be issued for vouchers that have been partially or fully redeemed.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your PIN. You must notify us immediately at info@fuelvoucher.co.zw if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
FuelVoucher will never ask you for your PIN by phone, SMS, or email. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.
All content on the FuelVoucher platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of Enqueue Technologies (operating as FuelVoucher) and is protected under Zimbabwean and international intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Zimbabwean law, FuelVoucher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the voucher(s) in dispute.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any dispute arising from the use of FuelVoucher shall first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process by contacting info@fuelvoucher.co.zw.
FuelVoucher reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
